Here’s all the information you need to watch the MLB Opening Day matchup between the Washington Nationals and Atlanta Braves.

The Washington Nationals and the Atlanta Braves, despite being in the same division, are two franchises trending in opposite directions. Led by 2015 NL MVP Bryce Harper and a strong starting rotation, the Nationals will contend in 2015 and are the likely favorites to unseat the New York Mets from the top of the NL East. On the other hand, Atlanta is unquestionably rebuilding.

Date: Monday, April 4
Start Time: 4:10 p.m. ET
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Stadium: Turner Field
TV Info: MASN2 (Nationals feed); Fox Sports Southeast (Braves)
Live Stream: MLB.tv
Radio: 106.7 FM (Braves)

Max Scherzer will get the Opening Day start for the Washington Nationals. Scherzer had a successful first season in Washington with a 14-12 record, a 2.79 ERA, and a 0.918 WHIP in 33 games. He led the league in complete games (four) and shutouts (three). In 228.2 innings, he struck out 276 while walking just 34 batters.

Atlanta’s Opening Day starter will be Julio Teheran. Teheran had an 11-8 record with a 4.04 ERA in 200.2 innings for the Braves in 2015. He struck out 171 batters while walking 73. Teheran will look to lead an inexperienced Braves staff and might see himself traded by the trade deadline.
