Philadelphia 76ers big man Nerlens Noel apparently didn’t like his landlords at his former place of residence, as the property owners are now suing Noel.

Not only is Nerlens Noel absolutely not getting his security deposit back for the 4,800 square foot home he rented for a year starting in September 2014, but his former landlords are reportedly suing him for damages to the property the Philadelphia 76ers big man rented a year ago.

According to TMZ Sports, the 76ers star player is being sued for “DESTROYING” the home he rented last year outside of Philadelphia. The plaintiffs argue that Noel caused several thousands of dollars worth of damage to the property he rented.

Noel reportedly had Gatorade stains all over the apartment’s carpet, broke just about every appliance known to man in that condo, including the elevator, the stove, and the dishwasher. He even left marijuana scattered all across the square footage of the apartment.

He reportedly destroyed one toilet with cotton balls among other stuff so badly that the plaintiffs’ trusted plumber told them, “Someone must not like you.” The owners demanded that Noel pay over $42,000 worth of damages when he moved out.

To make things even more interesting, the day after the landlords told Noel what he owed them in terms of property damage, somebody put a tombstone on the front porch with the initials R.I.P. on it. The landlords obviously believe that was either Noel himself or someone in his close circle of friends that left that terrifying threat on their rented doorstep.

From what the plaintiffs are claiming, it seems like Noel did more damage to that condo than Motley Crue did to anyone hotel room on the Theatre of Pain tour in the 1980s. Surely, Noel and his former landlords with settle for some undisclosed amount out of court, but landlords in the Greater Philadelphia have to know that if Noel doesn’t like you, he’ll destroy your condo without thinking twice about it.

Perhaps Sam Hinkie’s Process got to the Philadelphia big man and he let his frustrations out on that poor condo. That has to be the most logical thing behind why Noel would destroy a rented property to that degree.
