Trevor Story is one of the best young stars in all of baseball and he’s showing us that early
Over the course of the past few years, we’re seeing that there is most certainly a youth resurgence in the game of baseball. There is some tremendous young talent coming through the ranks of MLB, and you can most definitely add Colorado Rockies rookie Trevor Story to that list.
And on Friday night, he made sure that you’re going to add him to that list, because he made a bit of history.
In the team’s 13-6 loss to the San Diego Padres on Friday, Story launched two home runs. Now why is this significant? Well, that’s because not only has he homered in all four of his first four games with the team since starting on Opening Day, but that marks six so far in this very young season.
