Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley will be stepping into the ring again, but at what time?
Saturday night we’re getting some premier boxing action as the spring rolls along, and two of the best welterweight names in the sport will be doing battle once again. Manny Pacquiao, in what will more than likely be the final fight of his career, will be taking on Timothy Bradley.
These two obviously are no strangers to one another. Back in 2012 they stepped into the ring with one another for the first time, and everyone was stunned as Bradley earned the controversial decision. From that point, it was inevitable that these two would throw down again, and they did. In 2014, Pacquiao was able to get the win back that he so desperately wanted, setting him up for the showdown with Floyd Mayweather down the road from there.
That was the last time that we saw Pacquiao in the ring, and we all thought he might be done from that point, last May when he was defeated by Floyd. But we’d come to learn over time that Pacquiao wanted to get back into the ring once again, and it was a third fight with Bradley that earned that honor. This might not have been the final fight for Pacquiao that a lot of people wanted, but that’s what we’re getting on Saturday night.
Now as for when these two will actually step into the ring with one another? Well, the under card of the fight gets started at 9:00 p.m. ET, so you can expect Pacquiao and Bradley to take their turn some time around 11:30 p.m. or midnight ET, depending on how the fights below them play out.
