A Tennessee baseball player pulled off this nice catch during Thursday night’s game.

The college baseball season is ongoing with teams getting ready for the College World Series in a few months. One of the games being played on Thursday night saw the Auburn Tigers take on the Tennessee Volunteers.

In the seventh inning, with Tennessee up 7-1, one of their players pulled off a terrific diving catch. Third baseman Nick Senzel ran from his position at third base over to the dugout, leaned over for the ball, caught it and fell into the dugout.

This was a great acrobatic catch from the Volunteer. He put his body on the line for the ball and made a nice play to get the third out to end the inning.

Players often go all out in these situations going for the ball when they have to lean into the dugout or the stands to catch it. This has made for some memorable moments that sometimes lead to players getting hurt. Luckily for Senzel, he came out of this play alright.
