Johnny Manziel was has been investigated on a Saturday night hit and run. TMZ Sports released the photos of the damage and Manziel is so lucky to be alive!
On Saturday night in Los Angeles, former Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was involved in a scary hit-and-run accident on the Sunset Strip. Manziel claims to have been a passenger in the car crash and thus has not been accused of breaking any law.
If that’s true, then it’s frightening that he nearly lost his life in the hit-and-run affair, as TMZ Sports realized the photos of the damage suffered by the car. The passenger side of the Mercedes-Benz S550 was obliterated nearly beyond all recognition.
Manziel was spotted earlier Saturday night wearing the same white ball cap that was placed on the passenger side of the dashboard. While the hat looked okay, the passenger side of the Mercedes-Benz received the brunt of the hit-and-run impact. That luxury automobile was no doubt totaled by the driver in that scary car collision.
The driver in this hit-and-run is supposedly Manziel’s friend Ryan Silverstein who rolls with rap superstar Drake as part of his crew, one that Manziel frequently spends time with.
Manziel could very well have been just a passenger in the car, but that didn’t stop his NFL agent Drew Rosenhaus from saying earlier in the week that he will not represent Manziel as a client unless he voluntarily checks himself into a treatment center.
Manziel seems reluctant to do so and will be without an NFL agent in a matter of hours. The scary part in all of this is Manziel seems unphased by the amount of damage that Mercedes-Benz undertook this past weekend. Manziel needs to come to grips that not only his football career maybe over, but frankly from the looks of that car, he’s so lucky to still be with us.
