NHL Playoffs: Rangers vs. Penguins Game 2 live stream: Watch online
New York Rangers at Pittsburgh Penguins
The New York Rangers will visit the Pittsburgh Penguins at the Consol Energy Center for game two of their first round series in the 2016 Stanley Cup Playoffs. New York will be looking to even up the series at one while Pittsburgh will be looking to take a two game lead in the series. The blue shirts will have to play without their captain Ryan McDonagh, who is still out thanks to a wrist injury.
It remains to be seen if Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist will be in net after taking a stick to the eye by his own teammate Mark Staal. Lundqvist had to leave game one after the first period. If Lundqvist cannot play, backup goaltender Antti Raanta will most likely get the start. Replacing McDonagh in the Rangers lineup will be rookie defensemen Brady Skjei.
The Penguins will be led by center Sidney Crosby, wings Phil Kessel and Patric Hornqvist, and defenseman Kris Letang. Goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury will likely be a game time decision as he continues to recover from a concussion. He did not play in game one. Replacing Fleury if he does not play will be backup goaltender Jeff Zatkoff.
