Who are five players who are already on the trade block?

Yes, we are just two weeks into the season but that doesn’t mean we can’t think about who may be available come July. Some teams are playing better than we thought. Some teams are just as bad as we expected.

When you look at the rosters of the teams, you can tell which teams are going to go for it this year, and which teams are looking toward the future.

With the deadline being pushed back to August 1st this year, there is a chance we may see more activity than usual. The MLB trade deadline is always a fun time of year. A time where you constantly refresh twitter to see what Ken Rosenthal and Buster Olney are tweeting about.

Maybe your favorite team is going for it and could use an additional arm in their rotation. Maybe that could use another stick in the middle of the lineup to put them over the top. Whatever it is, it’s going to be available at the deadline in one way, shape or form and if your team is in contention, hopefully, they pull the trigger and get it done.

So who could be that guy for your team? Who could be that pitcher or hitter that can put your team over the top and get them into the playoffs and maybe make October one memorable  month? Here are five guys who could be, and probably are, already available for the right price.
