NHL Playoffs: Lightning vs. Red Wings Game 3 live stream: Watch online
Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Detroit Red Wings
After dropping two tough games on the road, the Detroit Red Wings will return home to Joe Louis Arena on Sunday night for Game 3 of their Eastern Conference first round playoff series against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The Lightning pulled away for a 5-2 victory in a physical and bloody Game 2 on Friday evening. Tyler Johnson continued his strong postseason career with two goals, while Nikita Kucherov found the back of the net for the third time in the series.
Besides slowing down the Kucherov-Johnson-Alex Killorn line, the Red Wings will need to find a way to generate more offense. Lightning goalie Ben Bishop has been solid so far in the series with 64 total saves to four goals allowed.
Red Wings star rookie Dylan Larkin scored his first career playoff goal on Friday, which could provide a spark moving forward. Pavel Datsyuk, who lost a tooth in one of the more physical plays of a brutal Game 2, will also hope to get on the board in what could be his final playoff series.
