With the way that ankle needed to be attended to on Saturday, this is a move that many saw coming. Even after the game was over, head coach Steve Kerr noted that he Curry was questionable at best for this game on Monday night.
So, with all of this taking place, many are probably wondering whether or not Curry will be good to go on Thursday when Game 3 will take place on the road in Houston against the Rockets.
Well, there has not been an official update given as to that status just yet, but you’d imagine that he will be good to go. He wanted to play as much as he could on Saturday, but they made the right decision to take him out of the game to rest it up and they made an even better decision to hold him out from Game 2, especially considering the beating they put on the Rockets without him.
But, as more information comes in as to the status of Curry for Game 3 on Thursday night comes in, we will be sure to keep you updated right here.
