Tottenham is making the race for the Premier League title quite interesting down the stretch
Well, you can’t really say that we’re not getting any drama as the Premier League season for 2015-16 comes to a close here. After Leicester City came away with only a draw on Sunday, Tottenham had the chance to make a serious statement that they want to catch the ultimate prize as well.
After all was said and done, you can most certainly say that a message was sent.
The Spurs came into their game with Stoke City just eight points from Leicester, and now that the match is in the books, they’re just five away from that coveted top spot at the top of the table. Tottenham got two goals apiece from Harry Kane and Dele Alli as they cruised to a 4-0 win. Now, things are getting really interesting.
Following the win over Stoke City on Monday, here is a look at the Premier League table as it stands at the moment.

Really, the next few weeks will be must-watch soccer. You won’t want to miss a moment as Tottenham tries to do all they can to end the Cinderella run of Leicester, who has put together one of the best seasons that we’ve ever seen. But, they faltered on Sunday and there’s no telling where their heads are at now that they’re getting chased by the Spurs.
Just four games to go!
