Georgia had to give Ludacris some extra perks for having the rap star perform at the Bulldogs spring game, including a box of Trojan Magnum condoms.
The first spring game in the Kirby Smart era at Georgia was a rousing success. More than 93,000 fans flocked inside Sanford Stadium to see the passing of the torch from Mark Richt to Smart.
It was also the first chance to see prized freshman Jacob Eason make his first official appearance in front of the Georgia faithful. Last year’s No. 1 quarterback recruit looked like a seasoned upperclassman with his poise in the pocket and the type of throws he was making.
There was also some nice entertainment at the spring game with Ludacris performing a 15-minute medley of his hits prior to the tilt. He performed “Stand Up,” “What’s Your Fantasy?” and “Money Maker.”
In exchange for his 15-minute concert, Georgia hooked up the popular rapper/actor.
According to Macon.com, Ludacris, and his party had dinner provided consisting of grilled chicken, pasta, steamed brown rice and vegetables, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, fresh fruit, salad and platters of chicken wings.
Nothing uncommon about that, although I am surprised at the healthy meal they provided, outside of the chicken wings that is.
But that wasn’t all that Luda was given to perform for 15 minutes. His dressing room was stocked with vodka, cognac, wine and tequila because you can’t perform for 15 minutes without getting your drink on. And what better way to relax after working for 15 minutes than a little cognac, right? Ludacris also had six Hanes t-shirts and batteries. What are the batteries for?!?!?
The last thing the Georgia athletic association provided was a box of Trojan Magnum condoms.
What would Mark Richt think of this?! Won’t someone think of the children?!
