A look back at the Pittsburgh Steelers five best draft picks of all time.

The 2016 NFL Draft starts on April 28. Analysts, fans, and franchise representatives from all 32 teams will hold out hope that their 2016 draft picks will propel their team to the next level. As the Steelers rebuild their secondary and attempt to fortify their defensive line, let’s take a look back at some of the best Steelers picks of all time.

With six Super Bowl championships to their name, and a long history in the NFL dating back to 1933, the Steelers have had more than their share of top talent. Determining the top five Steelers draft picks is nearly impossible. After all, the 1974 draft class alone introduced Steelers Nation to wide receiver Lynn Swann, linebacker Jack Lambert, center Mike Webster, and wide receiver John Stallworth. All of these men were eventually enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The Steelers have had their share of busts, but for the most part the Steelers front office is well-known for transforming promising college athletes into NFL superstars.

Here we go with the Steelers fifth best draft pick.
