Last night’s two games in the NBA Playoffs were less than inspiring with blowout scores and low fantasy scores overall.  My FanDuel daily picks lineup did relatively well and cashed despite a lot total number since so few fantasy points were out there.  Tonight, that should change with three games to pick from and hopefully some more competitive games.  If you’re planning on getting your DFS fantasy basketball game on tonight, check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides for the players I think you need to take a look at for tonight’s contests.

More from Cleveland Cavaliers

As usual, FanDuel rosters will lock at 7:00 PM ET which is when the first game of the night gets started.  Tonight, the action starts on NBATV where you can catch the Hornets trying to bounce back from a dreadful Game One as they face the Heat.  At 8:00, LeBron and the Cavs host the Pistons in Game Two of their series, and in the late game out West the Clippers host the Blazers at 10:30.  The home team won Game One in all three of these series, so the Pistons, Hornets, and Blazers are all still looking to earn a split before heading home for Game Three.

With those six teams in action, there are enough options to get together a solid pool of players for DFS fantasy basketball. Check out my FanDuel daily picks on the following slides where you can find who I like in today’s matchups. My goal is to give you the information you need to build your own lineup that can bring home a win for your team. In order to help you find the position and price-point that you need, you’ll find two slides per position in this post–one with high-salary options and one with high-value options. Each slide contains at least two options with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in today’s game.

I rank my picks each day using stars after each selection to show the strength of the pick. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence (on a point-per-dollar basis). Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for today’s competition. I suggest you build your own customized team with the players you like the most, but you’re welcome to check out my lineups and use them as a place to get started.

In this post, all salary references and references to “fantasy points” refer to FanDuel pricing and scoring.  If you are looking for similar coverage specifically for DraftKings, check the box above for related posts or find the latest on our new-look fantasy basketball hub.
