San Antonio Spurs vs. Memphis Grizzlies

What the San Antonio Spurs have done to the Memphis Grizzlies in the first two games of their first round series in the 2016 NBA Playoffs is illegal in at least 46 states. It’s been a beating of epic proportions as the Spurs are firing on all cylinders against a Grizzlies team ravaged by injuries that is completely outmatched. Now the series shifts to Memphis and the FedExForum where the Grizzlies will look to save face against the Spurs, starting with Game 3 on Friday.

For those Spurs, LaMarcus Aldridge has been playing incredibly well and really showing what a matchup nightmare he can be for virtually any team in the postseason. His ability to move and stretch the floor has proven to be too much for Zach Randolph and the Grizzlies frontcourt. Throw in Defensive Player of the Year Kawhi Leonard and the likes of Tony Parker for the Spurs and it’s no wonder they’ve been so tough thus far in the postseason. However, Randolph, Tony Allen, and Matt Barnes are all veterans and they might be able to get a little bit of grit and grind magic flowing with the series shifting back toward their home floor. What exactly that will mean in regards of the results against the Spurs remains to be seen.

This game will be broadcast on ESPN with live streaming available on WatchESPN, which can be accessed by logging in with a cable or satellite subscription.
