Here’s how to watch Saturday’s Iowa spring game live stream online.
If you watched any of the Rose Bowl this past January, you know that the Iowa Hawkeyes, who began the season 12-0, were absolutely manhandled by Stanford. It had to leave a sour taste in their mouths heading into the offseason and you can bet they won’t let it happen again.

Despite the embarrassing 45-16 defeat, junior quarterback C.J. Beathard had an incredible season as full-time starter. Taking over for Jake Rudock, who transferred to Michigan, Beathard passed for 2,809 yards, 17 touchdowns and just five interceptions — he was the ultimate game manager.
The run game was also solid behind Jordan Canzeri, but he was a senior and the team will likely rely on LeShun Daniels Jr. to get most of the carries during his senior campaign in 2016 — along with junior Akrum Wadley.
Tevaun Smith is gone from the receiving corps, but the team’s leading receiver returns in Matt VandeBerg who caught 65 passes for 703 yards and four touchdowns as a junior in 2015. This group will be young, but it could surprise some people.
Don’t forget the formidable defense, led by senior cornerback Desmond King who passed up a potential first-round selection for a final year as a Hawkeye. This defense is one of the best in the Big Ten.
