After a somewhat average season in 2015, the UCLA Bruins have high hopes for the 2016 campaign, especially with one of the top quarterbacks in the nation starting as a sophomore.

Josh Rosen is one of those rare talents that could change a program. The former five-star recruit started as a true freshman last season and performed well under pressure, passing for 3,670 yards, 23 touchdowns and 11 interceptions while completing 60 percent of his passes and leading the Bruins to an 8-5 record.

Although losing Paul Perkins to the NFL after his junior season might hurt the run game, talented sophomore Soso Jamabo is expected to take over and prove to be elite like he was out of high school. As a true freshman, he rushed for 403 yards and four scores on 6.1 yards per carry.

It will be interesting to see who the top receivers are going to be this season with the top two targets from last season, Jordan Payton and Thomas Duarte, heading to the NFL. Rosen is the type of quarterback who will have no trouble making it work with what he has.
