Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets

The Charlotte Hornets finally got a game on the Miami Heat after winning emphatically in Game 3. As the Eastern Conference first round series in the 2016 NBA Playoffs stays at Time Warner Cable Arena in the Queen City on Monday night for Game 4, the Hornets now have the chance to tie the series up at 2-2 and really make things interesting in this series.

One of the big narratives from this series through the first two games was the Heat simply being unable to miss offensively to begin the NBA Playoffs. In Game 3, though, the Hornets were able to get Frank Kaminsky going offensively in addition to largely shutting down the likes of Luol Deng and Hassan Whiteside—at least far more so than they had in the first two games. With Nicolas Batum still out of the lineup for Charlotte due to injury, though, the Hornets are going to need the same type of defensive effort if they are going to have a chance of tying up the series and essentially stay alive in the NBA Playoffs.

This game will be broadcast on NBA TV, which unfortunately means that there won’t be a live stream on NBA League Pass. However, a stream of the game will be available on League Pass via a paid subscription once the game is over.
