123.
I’ve said this throughout the process and I still believe it.

Joey Bosa is the best player in the 2016 NFL Draft class.

Of course, that does not automatically send Bosa flying up the draft board, as team need and the feelings of particular organizations matter a great deal for the purposes of context. Still, Bosa is an incredibly safe pick given his vast production and a motor that never seems to cease, and even if the former Ohio State standout does not transform a defense with electrifying speed or quickness off the edge, he brings so much to the table that I simply can’t see him “busting” at the NFL level.

Dallas is in a unique spot with a top-five pick, because they are a team with real playoff aspirations in 2016. Some have speculated that Jerry Jones could look to add a quarterback, but with the two big guns off the board in this scenario, it basically comes down to which defensive player Dallas likes the most. For me, Bosa is the cleanest fit as Dallas deploys a 4-3 scheme, but it would be reasonable to pencil in either UCLA’s Myles Jack or even Florida State’s Jalen Ramsey, should the Cowboys feel reasonably good about their defensive end rotation.

Joey Bosa is a monster and I can’t imagine him getting past this point. I am also not the general manager (er, owner?) of the Dallas Cowboys.
. DE. Ohio State. Joey Bosa. 4. player
