CB/S. Florida State. Jalen Ramsey. 6. player. 26.
As referenced in the Jaguars section previously, the Ravens would probably love to add a physical and dynamic force in the form of Myles Jack. However, Baltimore can pick up arguably a better player at another position of need and that comes with Jalen Ramsey in the team’s secondary.

Ramsey probably isn’t the best example of a pure “shutdown” cornerback, but he is easily the most talented defensive back in the 2016 NFL Draft class. With that in mind, the Ravens were absolutely brutal at times on the back end during the 2015 campaign, and even with some better health presumably on the horizon, adding Ramsey’s considerable talent (and versatility) could do wonders to help Baltimore transform its defense back to a Super Bowl winning level.

The Ravens could certainly pursue a wide variety of avenues here, including an offensive tackle (Ronnie Stanley) or a dominant defensive lineman in DeForest Buckner. Ramsey is the best player on the board, though, and Baltimore is a team that isn’t shy about pulling the trigger on that type of guy, even if it might make the most sense for the Ravens to trade down if a player of top stature is available for “ransom”.
