Steph Curry MRI results: Dubs star to miss two weeks with MCL sprain

When will we hear he results from Steph Curry’s MRI?

UPDATE: Curry has been diagnosed with a Grade 1 MCL sprain and will miss the next two weeks of action.

The basketball world is waiting in anticipation of what will happen to Steph Curry moving forward. The Warriors star slipped and took a nasty spill in a Game 4 win over the Rockets on Sunday, and the results of the MRI being done on his knee is something that we need to know about as soon as possible.

Yet again we’re being slapped in the face by basketball gods who want to remind us that having nice things just isn’t going to happen. From Derrick Rose to Russell Westbrook, it’s seems to be impossible to be a star in the NBA Playoffs and not suffer some sort of massive setback that ruins your season.

That might not be the case with Steph and the Warriors, but we can’t be sure until we get those pesky MRI results.

The exact time of the MRI results isn’t known but they’re going to be coming at some point this afternoon. The likelihood is that this is something that is released in the middle of the afternoon on the East Coast, as the MRI is being conducted in a time zone three hours behind.

That’s the reason we’re waiting so long for these results, as most of the country woke up wanting results to and MRI that was happening on the furthest reaches of the country. The high anxiety that everyone has about this is only amplifying the stress we’re all feeling as the worst case scenario we’ve been saying can’t happen all season long might have become a reality.
