DeMar DeRozan has endured his fair share of struggles through the first four games of the Raptors’ first round series with the Pacers. DDR is shooting a putrid 29% from the floor to this point, and his per game scoring average has dipped to just over 13 after going for over 23 points a night during the regular season.
However, he’s gotten off to a fine start in Game 5. DeRozan currently leads all scorers in the game with 19 points and we haven’t even reached halftime. Toronto may be trailing, but at least their leading scorer seems to have finally found a rhythm.
DeRozan knifed through the entire Indiana defense on this play before finishing with a thunderous one-handed flush (via @Raptors):
Nice to see you again, DeMar.
