Thunder guard Russell Westbrook roasted Mavericks forward Charlie Villanueva after the Thunder eliminated the Mavericks.

The Oklahoma City Thunder and Russell Westbrook are dancing their way to the second round of the NBA Playoffs, where they will face the San Antonio Spurs. Dancing was a staple of the first round of the NBA Playoffs, as Westbrook showed off his pre-game dance routine, which was so elaborate, that the Mavericks got sick of seeing it.

Charlie Villanueva notably tried to stop it and then went on radio to threw shade at Westbrook’s dancing. With the Thunder officially eliminating from the Mavericks on Monday night, Westbrook thought it was a good time to roast Villanueva as a mic drop to the series.

Westbrook told reporters that Villanueva can now get time to rest up and get ready to watch 82 games next year.

There is certainly no love lost between the two sides and the Thunder will ultimately get the last laugh. However, they face a much tougher opponent in the Spurs now and Westbrook might want to dance a little less and focus a little more.

As for Villanueva, he has all the time to go dancing now too.
