They weren’t always the team that were Super Bowl contenders because of their draft picks. There was a dark period of football in Seattle, where it seemed like the team had a knack for drafting a player that was outstanding in college, yet absolute horrific in the pros.
In fact, while fans of a certain team might only remember some draft busts, the draft busts of the Seahawks are almost universally known because of the names carried behind them. It wasn’t always the fault of the Seahawks either on draft picks not panning out. Injuries also took their toll on some of the players before they really got a chance to contribute.
