We know players step it up once the playoffs roll around, but NBA game ops are no different. Most teams give away shirts for everyone to wear at once (VISUAL UNITY), but the Raptors certainly went above-and-beyond for Game 5.

Rather than rolling out a standard, retread halftime act – Red Panda, kids playing basketball, a monkey riding a dog – the Raps decided to stage some dog races. We don’t really have a whole lot of details, but it appears as though we had a little dog going up against a big dog. Pretty standard.

In an attempt to keep things fair, though, the bigger pup was given a pretty hefty head start. Unfortunately, little dog cares not for your perceived advantages, big dog (via @jackhaveitall):

Could the little dog beat Dick Bavetta in a race, though? Only one way to find out, NBA.
