The Cleveland Browns are reportedly hoping to move back in the 2016 NFL Draft order once again.
Nobody can say Cleveland isn’t trying this time around. The Browns already moved back once in the draft, trading the second-overall pick to the Philadelphia Eagles for a boatload of selections, including next year’s first-rounder. Now sitting at No. 8, Cleveland reportedly would be happy to move down once more, perhaps for a team looking to snag Ohio State Buckeyes running back Ezekiel Elliott.
Trade spot to watch: #Browns at No. 8. They've been having discussions with teams behind them who would want to come up for Ezekiel Elliott

Elliott is universally regarded as the top running back in the draft, and could go as high as No. 4 to the Dallas Cowboys. Should he get past Dallas, the next logical landing spot would be Cleveland. It will be interesting to see if the New York Giants (No. 10) or Miami Dolphins (No. 13) would be willing to part with picks to move up into the eighth spot.
Cleveland would be wise to move back again, considering it has ample needs. The Browns already sit with 12 draft picks but it would not hurt to gain a few more. After finishing last in the AFC North in 2015, the Browns fired the front office and coaching staff, while allowing Travis Benjamin, Alex Mack, Tashaun Gipson and Mitchell Schwartz to leave in free agency.
