Detroit Lions 2016 NFL Draft order
Here is the complete 2016 NFL Draft order for the Detroit Lions.
After continuous incompetence in personnel decisions and on the field, the Detroit Lions are turning a new leaf this season under new general manager Bob Quinn. Quinn is hoping to bring over the success that he had while working in the New England Patriots organization with the Lions. He’s gotten to work right away on many moves and decided to keep Jim Caldwell as his head coach for now.
While the Lions have been massively inconsistent as a team and are losing Calvin Johnson to retirement, there is plenty of talent on the roster to work with. The Lions are hoping that some of the players that they have drafted in recent drafts can turn out to be players they expected them to be, but they have a great chance with a new regime in 2016 to start fresh and target the type of players they want.
The Lions will have the No. 16 pick in the first round, which means that since they’re picking in the middle, they’ll have a chance to scoop up anyone that falls to them. Here is the complete 2016 NFL Draft order for the Lions.
