Houston Texans 2016 NFL Draft order
Here is the complete 2016 NFL Draft order for the Houston Texans.
Behind the will of J.J. Watt and the injuries to Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts, the Houston Texans were able to win the AFC South and get to the playoffs in 2015. When they got to the playoffs, they faced a rude awakening and were absolutely destroyed and beaten down by the Kansas City Chiefs on their home field.
Brian Hoyer put together one of the worst playoff performances ever by a quarterback and the Texans fans booed as their team continued to get pummeled. In free agency, the Texans were able to land the big fish and signed quarterback Brock Osweiler from the Denver Broncos to a massive deal to become their new quarterback.
With a quarterback in place now, the Texans are hopeful that they now have the roster to compete and take the next step as a franchise. It will be up to a great 2016 NFL Draft class to accomplish those goals. Who will the Texans target with their first pick in this year’s draft?
