Laremy Tunsil fell to No. 13 in the NFL Draft because of a video of him taking a bong hit appeared on Twitter, so yes, there is a Crying Jordan meme of it.
Ole Miss Rebels left tackle Laremy Tunsil was at one time believed to be the No. 1 overall pick by the Tennessee Titans in the 2016 NFL Draft. Many scouts believed that he was going to be the franchise left tackle for the Titans to protect Marcus Mariota’s blind side.
That first changed when two teams desperate for a franchise quarterback in the Los Angeles Rams and the Philadelphia Eagles moved up to No. 1 and No. 2 respectively to achieve that. The new potential landing spot for Tunsil was the San Diego Chargers at No. 3.
Then the video of him taking a massive bong hit complete with a gas mask made him fall all the way to No. 13 to the Miami Dolphins. The Baltimore Ravens at No. 6 took him completely off their board and went with Notre Dame’s Ronnie Stanley. Tennessee traded back up to No. 8 with the Cleveland Browns to select Michigan State’s Jack Conklin.
Tunsil looked very, very sad in the NFL Draft green room, so of course there had to be a Crying Jordan meme involving the leaked video Tunsil on Twitter.

It only makes sense for a highly dysfunctional team like the Dolphins to completely shake off the leaked bong hit from Twitter and select Tunsil any way.
Apparently no player tested positive for marijuana at the 2016 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis back in February. While Miami may end up getting a great blind side protector for quarterback Ryan Tannehill, it’s interesting how one leaked video completely changed both the Ravens and the Titans’ perception of Tunsil, the player who once was a certain No. 1 pick.
