The Los Angeles Rams will hold the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft on Thursday.
With the Los Angeles Rams making their return to the NFL, the Rams decided to make a splash as they return to the Los Angeles market. The team acquired the No. 1 overall pick in the draft from the Tennessee Titans and had to give up a ton of future picks for the right to draft what they hope is their franchise quarterback.
The Rams big choices will have to be whether or not they want to draft Jared Goff or Carson Wentz. Multiple reports have the team leaning both ways, which means that no one is going to officially know who they select until the pick is announced by Roger Goodell.
The Rams have done a good job of adding talent to their roster over recent drafts, but the one constant has been that they don’t have a quarterback on their roster. The franchise is using this as their time to strike and they’re hoping they can nail the top pick. Here is the complete NFL draft order for the Rams’ 2016 picks.
- 1st Round, 1st overall
- 4th Round, 110th overall
- 4th Round, 113th overall
- 6th Round, 177th overall
- 6th Round, 190th overall
