Miami Heat vs. Charlotte Hornets

The Charlotte Hornets, who hadn’t had a postseason win in over a decade entering the 2016 NBA Playoffs, can advance to the second round in the Eastern Conference with just one more win in Game 6 against the Miami Heat on Friday night. After picking up a thrilling road victory, the first road win for either team in the series, on Wednesday, the Hornets and Heat now head to Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte with the home team looking to send the Heat back to South Beach.

What was probably most impressive about the Hornets’ win in Game 5 was the fact that they were able to pick up the victory with their star in Kemba Walker not playing well at all. That’s a great sign for the Hornets and how the likes of Marvin Williams and Frank Kaminsky are playing right now for this team, especially with Game 6 being played on their home floor. However, Dwyane Wade may be motivated after a no-call in the final minute of their loss in the last game and he may lead Hassan Whiteside and the Heat in a spirited effort to try and tie things up and force a Game 7.

This game will be broadcast on ESPN with live streaming on WatchESPN, which can be accessed using a cable or satellite subscription.
