Here is where you can watch the Dallas Stars and the St. Louis Blues play Game 1 of the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs online.

The Blues meet the Stars, the top-seeded team in the Central Division, tonight at 8:00 PM at Dallas’ American Airlines Center.

Despite their different hockey philosophies, both teams have shown tremendous success during both the regular season and the first round of the postseason playoffs. The Stars, who finished second overall in the NHL and first in the Central Division had a 50-23-9 record and 109 points. Their game strategy is focused on offensive speed and dynamism: Captain Jamie Benn, Jason Spezza and Patrick Sharp will lead the team in forward lines without Tyler Seguin, who continues to recover from an Achilles tendon injury sustained near the end of the regular season. The Blues, meanwhile, finished right behind the Stars at third overall in the league and second in the division with a 49-24-9 record and 107 points. In contrast to Dallas, St. Louis relies upon its large, dominating defense to shut down opposing offenses.

At this point, it is nearly impossible to determine whose strategy will result in the second round win. But regardless of the ultimate turnout, the series between the Blues and the Stars will be one of the tightest, most nail-biting series throughout the entire tournament. The action begins tonight in Dallas.
