1. Rich Hill-Oakland Athletics (36.3%)

Hill has been excellent to start the season, and I’m surprised he’s still so available as he takes the mound this Sunday for his start against the Astros.  Hill is a veteran lefty who has battled injury his whole career (great story on him here), but he seems to be settling into a really good place in Oakland and is ready to contribute.

Hill is 3-2 in his five starts this season with a 2.42 ERA and 1.27 WHIP.  He has punched out a very impressive 37 batters in his 26 innings while walking just nine and allowing only one homer.  He has a pair of ten-strikeout games already this year, and is coming off an eight-strikeout performance when he held the Tigers to just four hits in seven shutout innings on Tuesday.

Today, Hill takes on the Astros for the first time this season as he opposes Doug Fister who has started the season 1-3 with a 5.56 ERA for Houston.  Hill should be able to give you a win, some solid innings, and some good strikeouts from his start this afternoon, so target him as the top option among the available fantasy baseball streaming pitchers.
