We have the full list of who the Los Angeles Rams selected in the 2016 NFL Draft

Here is who Rams GM Les Snead added to the Los Angeles Rams in the 2016 NFL Draft

Round 1 (1)- Jared Goff, QB, California

Round 4 (110)- Tyler Higbee, TE, Western Kentucky

Round 4 (117)- Pharoh Cooper, WR, South Carolina

Round 6 (177)- Temarrick Hemingway, TE,  South Carolina St.

Round 6 (190)- Josh Forrest, LB, Kentucky

Round 6 (206)- Mike Thomas, WR, Southern Miss

As you can see, the Los Angeles Rams did not have a ton of picks this year, but that’s what happens when you trade up to the number one spot to get who they hope is a franchise quarterback.

Goff is their guy. He’s from California. He’s not going to be asked to do too much initially since the Rams still have a good defense, even while losing Chris Long, Jenoris Jenkins and James Laurinaitis. It also helps to have Todd Gurley to hand the ball off to.

With the rest of their picks, the Rams decided to get some toys for Goff to throw too. Jared Cook was let go, so the Rams added two tight ends in Higbee and Hemmingway. Higbee is facing charges on public intoxication, evading police and second-degree assault, but it seems the Rams believe it will get resolved. Both Higbee and Hemmingway are athletic, pass catching tight ends, and could have an immediate impact.

Cooper will have more of an immediate impact than Thomas will. Cooper could be the Rams third receiver.

Forrest will give them depth at the middle linebacker spot, something they need.

The Rams are rebuilding, but if Goff turns out to be a stud quarterback, the process will be that much easier. If he fails, the trade could set the Rams back for a while.
