Miguel Cabrera really had some serious commitment to this videobomb on Sunday
When it comes to the world of sports and media, videobombs are really nothing new. One member of the team will sneakily stand behind a teammate and ruin their interview to an extent, but in a playful way. Generally, these only happen for a few seconds, tops.
But then you have what Miguel Cabrera did to teammate Victor Martinez on Sunday, which showed some really serious commitment.
Following the Detroit Tigers’ 6-5 win over the Twins, the reporters surely wanted to talk to Martinez, who went 3-for-4 on the day. Well, as he was being interviewed, he was videobombed by Cabrera — for over TWO minutes.

Now that’s some serious dedication. You would think a few things here. First, you would think that someone might eventually tip Martinez off with a chuckle or something. Secondly, you might think that Cabrera would get bored at some point.
Nope! There was no way that Cabrera was going to stop this one, and that’s really respectable for the most part.
Kudos to Miguel Cabrera on this one, that was actually kinda impressive.
