NHL Playoffs: Stars vs. Blues Game 2 live stream: Watch online
Here is where you can watch the Dallas Stars and the St. Louis Blues play Game 2 of the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs online.
At the end of a tied third period, the Dallas Stars came out on top in Game 1 when Radek Faksa scored the go-ahead goal with just 4:44 remaining in regulation. No doubt the Blues will amp up their physicality and offensive power this afternoon in order to escape a 2-0 deficit in the series. Game 1 proved how close the two Central Division rivals truly are in game settings, and both teams will need to play to their potential in all areas on the ice in order to get ahead in the best-of-seven series.
The Stars have won nine of their past ten home games, including both the regular season and the postseason against the Minnesota Wild. The only loss during that stretch was in overtime to Minnesota in Game 5 of the first round. The Blues have won seven of their past nine games on the road (both in the regular season and in the postseason against the Chicago Blackhawks) and 15 of their past 20 away from home dating back to the All-Star break.
With Stars forwards Patrick Eaves, who left Friday’s game after being hit in the lower leg with a puck, and Tyler Seguin out of Game 2’s lineup, Lindy Ruff has welcomed Valeri Nichushkin back to the ice after marking him as a healthy scratch in the past two games. Dallas also recalled forwards Curtis McKenzie and Brett Ritchie from Texas of the AHL, which was was eliminated from the AHL playoffs on Friday night. The Blues, meanwhile, are fortunate to not be hampered by injuries on the roster.
