The 2016 NFL Draft was completed only a few hours ago, but that simple fact will not stop us from recklessly speculating on what will happen in the 2017 edition.
Yes, it is (far) too early to credibly talk about what to expect from the 2017 NFL Draft, but it is also incredibly entertaining and fun to do just that. Though it is impossible to predict how the draft order will shake out, we have utilized ESPN’s most recent power rankings (in reverse order) to generate which picks each of the league’s teams will have in 2017.
To make things a little less insane, we have largely avoided positional need. However, teams with real quarterbacks (or high-priced developmental projects) will avoid that particular conundrum when possible, and we have assigned the owed 2017 picks to their new and rightful owners.
More than anything, take this opportunity to salivate over the next wave of potential NFL stars, and while we are fully aware that this disclaimer won’t matter to everyone, let’s try to keep things civil in the comments.
