Titus O’Neil appeared on WWE RAW for the first time since his suspension on Monday Night

Titus O’Neil has long been an interesting figure on the WWE main roster as a guy who has the typical body, look, and even microphone skills of a guy that would be in line for a big push. However, he’s never gotten his due, really, even with improvements in regards to his wrestling. In fact, the most recent bit of news in recent months was that Titus O’Neil was suspended for 60 days (originally 90 days and then lessened) after the episode of WWE RAW where Daniel Bryan retired.

As Vince McMahon was leaving the stage on that episode, Titus appeared to reach out and grab his arm right before WWE RAW went off the air. It looked like a jovial gesture at an odd time, but no one who noticed thought much of it. That changed the next night, though, when it was announced that O’Neil had been suspended for unprofessional conduct as a result of the incident.

On Monday night at WWE RAW on May 2 from St. Louis, MO, though, O’Neil finally made his return to the show after the months-long hiatus as part of the battle royal to determine the new No. 1 Contender for the United States Championship:

Though Titus was ultimately eliminated by Sheamus, it was good to see O’Neil back in the fold and no longer on the sidelines with a suspension that seemed all too strange and all too harsh.
