Adam Rose posted a doctor’s note after being suspended for a WWE Wellness Policy violation
For the most part, whenever you see a WWE superstar get suspended for a violation of the company’s Wellness Policy, that man or woman simply takes it in stride and doesn’t have much to say other than apologizing to fans for the ordeal. However, that was far from the case when Adam Rose was suspended as he spoke out about it and essentially maintained that he was wrongly suspended for testing positive for a medication that he was prescribed and that WWE knew about.
To prove how serious he was about this matter, Adam Rose promised in his initial statements that he would go to his doctor and get a note saying that what he tested positive for was prescribed by said doctor and that Rose and the doctor had done their part in informing WWE. On Tuesday afternoon, Adam Rose posted that doctor’s note to Twitter and it seems to say exactly what he claimed:
There are several things worth noting about this doctor’s note from Adam Rose. The first thing is that he apparently tested positive for Adderall, which is what resulted in his suspension. However, the far more interesting thing is that, if everything that Rose is presenting here is true, then he may legitimately have a case against WWE.
While merely having a prescription isn’t enough to get this suspension overturned, Rose continues to claim that he had informed WWE about his medication and the doctor maintains that he wasn’t abusing the medication. That seems like a pretty clear case for reinstatement to me.
Perhaps there’s something that we aren’t seeing here, but it definitely feels as if this story is far from over and that Adam Rose might actually be on the path to getting his suspension overturned.
