Raiders owner serious about commitment to possible Las Vegas move

Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis reiterated that the team is committed to a relocation to Las Vegas if all the promises are kept.
In the last several weeks, talks have continued to heat up regarding the possible relocation of the Oakland Raiders. While the team has a one year lease with the city of Oakland for 2016 (and options for the 2017 and 2018 seasons), owner Mark Davis has made it clear the team is exploring all their options, including relocating to another city.
The leading candidate seems to be the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. A group led by casino executives has helped to propose a $1.3 billion domed stadium that would house a NFL team as well as the UNLV Rebels and other events in the city.
With a funding plan from the city (involving an increase in the hotel tax) looking closer to passing, Davis is sticking by the city and seems more and more ready to make the move, according to ESPN:
"“We have made a commitment to Las Vegas at this point in time, and that’s where it stands,” Davis told a packed media conference at UNLV’s Stan Fulton Building. “If Las Vegas can come through with what we’ve been talking about, and we can come to do a deal here, then we’re going to be the Las Vegas Raiders.”"
The Raiders have other options if something falls through with any Las Vegas projects. If the San Diego Chargers decide to stay in that city following the 2016 season, the Raiders would be next in line to accept an offer from the NFL to relocated back to Los Angeles (where they played form 1982 until 1994) and share a new stadium being built for the Los Angeles Rams.
