Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Atlanta Hawks

You’d have to expect that the Atlanta Hawks want to forget just about everything that happened to them in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2016 NBA Playoffs after how badly they were destroyed. The series now moves to Atlanta on Friday night where Philips Arena will play host to Game 3 and the Hawks will be hoping for a much different result. The Cavaliers, of course, will not.

The Cavaliers set an NBA Playoffs record for threes made in a single game last time out with J.R. Smith, LeBron James, and Kyrie Irving all catching fire. The real question now is whether they used up all their ammo in that outing or if they’ll be able to again capture that magic and let it rain down upon the Hawks. As for the Hawks, they’re going to need role players like Kyle Korver to step up for sure, but having their star trio of Al Horford, Paul Millsap, and Jeff Teague take their games to a new level would most likely be of the greatest benefit to them moving forward.

This game will be broadcast on ESPN with live streaming on WatchESPN, which can be accessed online or through the ESPN app using a cable or satellite subscription.
