Looking at when Cavaliers vs. Hawks Game 4 in the NBA Playoffs will be played

The Cleveland Cavaliers have been an absolute juggernaut in the 2016 NBA Playoffs. Given how many questions there were about LeBron James and the defending Eastern Conference champs in the regular season, some may have expected them to struggle a bit. That’s been far from the case from the first round and into the East semis as they swept the Pistons in Round 1 and jumped out to a 3-0 lead over the Atlanta Hawks with a win on Friday night.

It looked like the Hawks might actually make a series of it early on in Game 3 as the series shifted to Atlanta and Philips Arena. They actually took a lead into halftime and seemed to have some sort of rhythm about them. However, LeBron and company caught fire once again from beyond the arc and James in particular took over in the most crucial moments of the second half to ultimately propel the Cavaliers to victory.

Now the Cavs are just one victory away from two consecutive sweeps to start the playoffs and from again advancing to the Eastern Conference Finals. All they’ll need is another win on the road in Game 4 and that’s exactly what they’ll have. Meanwhile, the Hawks will look to save face or even make history starting with a win in Game 4. Either way, fans may be wondering when Game 4 will be played.

It’ll be a quick turnaround for the Cavaliers and Hawks as Game 4 will be played on Sunday, May 8 with a 3:30 p.m. ET tip-off and the broadcast being on ABC.
