Where does everyone stack up six weeks into the season?

Off we go into week six of the season. Some teams you can tell are already done. Others are still trying to find their way. This week, we saw Big Papi lose it, a piece of the Royals core lost to injury and an ace needing Tommy John. Time to get into the MLB power rankings. But first, watch a world record for people taking selfies.

17. The Braves turned over almost a quarter of their roster this week. At least they get Ender Inciarte back in the fold after coming off the disabled list. He should provide a little offense to a team that just doesn’t have any. . . Previous: . Atlanta Braves. 30. team

29. team. 2. The Twins turned over part of their roster this week too. Pretty sure a lefty reliever who was getting lefties out was the problem, though. . . Previous: . Minnesota Twins

Jimmy Nelson at this point is their only viable starter. The rest of the staff has been scary bad. When/if they trade Ryan Braun, look for them to get some pitching in return.. . Previous: . Milwaukee Brewers. 28. team. 76

They are awesome at home, but struggle on the road. Friday night was the first time in a long time their bullpen didn’t allow a run. Not a good sign moving forward.. . Previous: . Cincinnati Reds. 27. team. 61

Not a lot of firepower offensively on this team, but their pitching is going to keep them in games. Tough losing Robbie Erlin to Tommy John surgery.. . Previous: . San Diego Padres. 26. team. 127

. Previous: . Arizona Diamondbacks. 25. team. 8. Having a hard time winning at home for some reason this year. Maybe Friday night’s win can get Zack Greinke going?

Previous: . New York Yankees. 24. team. 43. Rough road trip ended for the Yankees this week. They lost CC Sabathia this week. Jacoby Ellsbury got dinged up. At least Aroldis Chapman is back beginning on Monday. .

Houston Astros. 23. team. 135. The struggles continue for the Astros this week though they did play better. Jose Altuve is having one heck of a season.. . Previous:

. Previous: . Los Angeles Angels. 22. team. 102. Garrett Richards needs Tommy John surgery. Andrew Heaney may need it. Even if they sign Tim Linececum and/or Kyle Lohse, it’s not going to be enough.

Previous: . Tampa Bay Rays. 21. team. 21. Maybe Corey Dickerson can bust out of his slump after his home run on Friday. They’ll call up another pitching prospect to watch in Matt Andriese this week. .

The Rockies can hit anyone, anywhere. It’s just really hard to figure out if they’ll get any pitching on a day to day basis.. . Previous: . Colorado Rockies. 20. team. 108

team. 6. The Phillies continue to outplay their run differential. That will even out, but for now, the Phillies should enjoy the ride. Their young pitching is fun to watch.. . Previous: . Philadelphia Phillies. 19

Oakland Athletics. 18. team. 96. Struggle to start the week, but a better finish. Rich Hill has been one of the best free agent signings and Khris Davis is starting to get his power stroke going.. . Previous:

17. team. 82. Don’t look now, but Donnie Baseball has the Marlins playing some good ball in Miami. Stanton is hitting missiles and David Phelps is settling into his role as a stopper. . . Previous: . Miami Marlins

The champs are in a tailspin and now Mike Moustakas finds himself on the DL. The offense really needs to get it in gear. . Previous: . Kansas City Royals. 15. team. 7

14. team. 62. Robinson Cano is looking like his old self. They might be one or two pieces away in the AL.. . Previous: . Seattle Mariners

12. team. 33. The Cardinals are kind of stuck in neutral and are already way behind the Cubs. Good start out of Adam Wainwright on Saturday though.. . Previous: . St. Louis Cardinals

11. team. 39. The Jays are starting to get it together, but the back end of that bullpen is still concerning.. . Previous: . Toronto Blue Jays

. Previous: . Los Angeles Dodgers. 10. team. 71. The offense and bullpen are still of a concern, so much so that Julio Urias may be used out of the bullpen.

Previous: . San Francisco Giants. 9. team. 40. Giving up 13 runs in one inning is not fun. Matt Cain and Jake Peavy are struggling. Could a reunion with Tim Linececum being coming?.

11. They lost J.J. Hardy for six weeks and haven’t really missed a beat by sliding Manny Mahcado over to short. . . Previous: . Baltimore Orioles. 7. team

Previous: . Texas Rangers. 6. team. 126. The Rangers keep plugging away. Hopefully A.J. Griffin’s injury isn’t too serious. They do have Shin- Soo Choo rehabbing, but Nomar Mazarra has been exceptional..

Jung Ho Kang’s return is huge. You have to wonder when they will bring up top prospects Jamesion Taillon and Tyler Glasnow to help the rotation.. . Previous: . Pittsburgh Pirates. 5. team. 4

Mat Latos has come back to earth and they got rid of John Danks, but they continue to just win games. Adam Eaton has been key for them.. . Previous: . Chicago White Sox. 4. team. 128

Joe Ross has been filthy and they get Ben Revere back to help the lineup. They should be concerned about Johnathan Papelbon. His velocity is way down. It’s going to cost them more games.. . . Washington Nationals. 3. team. 90

New York Mets. 2. team. 3. I’m just gonna leave this here.<blockquote class=. . Previous:

9. All they do is win win win no matter what. They can beet you in all sorts of ways. Just an impressive club.. . Previous: . Chicago Cubs. 1. team
