9. Marques Bolden, C, Undecided

Even this late in the process, there are still a few undecided top recruits up for grabs. One such player is Bolden, who is going to provide a big boost to some program just months away from the start of the regular season.

Bolden is a five-star recruit out of Texas who is widely regarded as the top center in the nation. At 6-11, 240 pounds, Bolden already has the length and frame to be a successful scorer in the post as a freshman.

However, Bolden’s game is much more than just pure size. Bolden has plus athleticism to go along with a developed back to the basket game, and his 7-6 wingspan is going to cause all sorts of problems for opposing big men.

In the 2016 McDonald’s All-American Game, Bolden shot 6-8 from the field while grabbing three offensive rebounds in just 21 minutes. If everything translates well, Bolden could be one of the premier scorers in the country next season.

Bolden has said he’s close to a decision, and many expect him to either land in Kentucky or with the Duke Blue Devils. Both teams already have multiple five-star recruits, which is only going to increase the excitement level when Bolden takes the floor.
