41.
With Marreese Speights and Festus Ezeli set to enter free agency this offseason, the Warriors will be looking to shore up their front court depth going forward. UNLV’s Stephen Zimmerman fits the bill as a mobile big man who can handle the ball and step outside to knock down jumpers.

Zimmerman didn’t get to show off much of his skill set for the Runnin’ Rebels after being ranked as one of the nation’s top high school recruits. UNLV experienced a mid-season coaching change and generally didn’t live up to expectations, but Zimmerman should still be able to develop into a competent rotation player in the NBA. He has great mobility for a big man, including a nice face up game from the post. He’s capable of bringing the ball up the floor after grabbing defensive rebounds and will likely be able to develop three-point range at some point during his career. Zimmerman’s lost season in Las Vegas likely stunted his maturation to some degree, but he’s still just 19-years old and a promising pick-and-roll threat who can also pick-and-pop to score points on offense.

Zimmerman also shows nice potential as a rim protector. He averaged 3.0 blocks per 40 minutes as a freshman and registered a 7.5 percent block rate. His 7-3.25 wingspan should at least make him a serviceable shot blocker in the NBA.

To read more about Stephen Zimmerman, <a href=. C. UNLV. Stephen Zimmerman Jr. . 30. player
