Golden State Warriors vs. Oklahoma City Thunder
It’s been assumed for quite some time by many fans that the Golden State Warriors would be able to roll through the Western Conference and into the NBA Finals. However, the Oklahoma City Thunder showed in Game 1 of the West Finals on Monday that the Warriors would have a much tougher time getting to that point than expected as they knocked off Golden State in ORACLE. Now the Warriors are down 1-0 in the series and face a crucial Game 2 on Wednesday night.

Even with Kevin Durant struggling in regards to his offensive efficiency, both he and Russell Westbrook came up big for the Thunder down the stretch in the win over the Warriors. If they really want to shock the world and go up 2-0, those two stars and the likes of Steven Adams are once again going to have to produce at the same level. From the other locker room, though, the Warriors are going to need their trio of Stephen Curry, Klay Thomposn, and Draymond Green to ramp it up a notch in Game 2 if they want to stay at least mildly in control of defending their title.
