Atlanta Braves shortstop Erick Aybar tried eating a chicken bone and failed massively.

The Atlanta Braves got tired of choking in games so now they’re choking on food.

According to Atlanta Journal Constitution beat writer David O’Brien, Braves shortstop Erick Aybar was eating a chicken bone and got it stuck in his throat. As a result, Aybar would have to be sedated to have it removed.

At this point for the Braves, this is the most Braves thing possible that could happen. They’re already bad enough in the league and could very well set the record for being the worst team in the history of the league if things hold serve.

Now they have lost all basic functioning to do regular things  and can’t even eat food without things going wrong. It’s a sad state of affairs with the Braves these days and there are just too many things to pinpoint that are wrong with them.

They can’t turn double plays, they can’t hit, they can’t pitch, they can’t win and they can’t even eat chicken bones. While the Braves’ main roster seems to have their fair share of issues, their is plenty of talent in the minors that could come up and hit and eat chicken wings.
