Here’s a quick look at Bovada’s updated over/under win bets for the AFC West for the 2016 NFL season.

On paper, perhaps no division in the NFL will be more competitive in 2016 than the AFC West. It features the Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos, who should be a very good team even without a clear number one quarterback. The Kansas City Chiefs and Oakland Raiders are both trending in the right direction and should contend for the division title. Don’t rule out the San Diego Chargers either, especially not with Joey Bosa.

Listed below are each team’s updated Bovada over/under win bets for the 2016 NFL season.

Kansas City Chiefs: 9.5

Denver Broncos: 9

Oakland Raiders: 8.5

San Diego Chargers: 7

Best Bet

The best bet is without question the Chiefs. They are definitely more than a nine-win team. The Chiefs are probably the division favorites at this point, so 10 wins should be expected from them. For the opposite reasons, the Chargers are a great bet because there’s no way they’re winning seven games this season. They’ll be lucky to win five, let alone seven.

Worst Bet

The worst bet is the Oakland Raiders. Who knows what they’re going to be? It’s realistic that they could win the division and be a 10-win team. However, nobody would be surprised if they flopped and wound up being a five-win team at best. The Denver Broncos are another questionable-at-best pick.

Man is the AFC West going to be fun this season.
