Here are the NFL over/under betting odds released by Bovada for each team in the NFC West in the 2016 season.

To stop five straight dominant seasons by the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers, the Arizona Cardinals took home the NFC West crown in 2015. The 49ers are not on that same level anymore, but the Seahawks and Cardinals enter 2016 as arguably the two best teams in all of football, let alone in the NFC West.

In their return season to Hollywood, the Los Angeles Rams will be looking to make some noise in this division. It will be an uphill climb against the giants in Arizona and Seattle, but the Rams have some elite-level talent on their roster. If rookie quarterback Jared Goff is great from the start, the Rams may have a chance to compete.

It will be a while before we get to see this all shake out, but online sportsbook Bovada has released their NFL over/under lines for the NFC West in the 2016 season, and here are the results:

Seattle Seahawks- 10.5

Arizona Cardinals- 9.5

Los Angeles Rams- 7.5

San Francisco 49ers- 5.5

Best Bet

While I understand that the loss of defensive back Tyrann Mathieu is really going to hurt the Cardinals’ defense, they are a deep and talented group who should be able to cope with the loss well. Plus, their additions of DE Chandler Jones and rookie DT Robert Nkemdiche will greatly improve their pass rush up front.

More from Arizona Cardinals

Offensively, Carson Palmer, David Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald and company will be trucking along like usual. I have a hard time thinking the Cardinals will go from 13-3 in 2015 to nine wins or less in 2016. Bet the over.

Worst Bet

With an incredible defense and Russell Wilson making plays on the offensive side of the ball, I certainly understand the love for the Seahawks. That being said, with no more Marshawn Lynch and arguably the worst offensive line in all of football, there will be a lot of pressure on Wilson to carry their entire offense this season.

Having an elite defense will certainly help, and Wilson carrying the Seahawks’ offense to a successful season would not be that surprising, but I cannot say that I would bet on it.
