Kanye may have though that no one person should have all that power, but itās all there for you in this monthās Loot Crate.
Even when the Loot Crate themes get a little vague, they generally come together in a fun fashion anyway. Thatās certainly the case with the Loot Crate May 2016 shipment, which celebrates āPowerā in various forms.
Marvel fans should dig this box as it comes with a figure of one of the strongest heroes there is (the strongest, if you ask him) as well a creative use for one of its most famous cosmic artifacts. Plus there are items from Dragon Ball Z and a certain upcoming video game movie as well.
Letās crack this bad boy open and see whatās inside ā¦
Loot Crate May 2016 ā Power

Yep, thatās the Infinity Gauntlet peeking out at you as soon as you open the Loot Crate May 2016 crate. Weāll get to that in a second. You can also see the t-shirt and a couple of other items . Letās start with those ā¦
Hulk Q-Fig (from QMx)

Loot Crate has put Q-Figs into previous shipments (like a few months ago with Deadpool), so if youāre a regular subscriber, you may be on your way to starting a collection of these right now. He looks like heās busting right out of his base, so whether you choose to keep him in the display box or set him free, heās pretty cool.
Dragon Ball Z Shenron Plush Keychain (from Surreal Entertainment)
Though heās probably too big to actually use to help keep track of your keys ā and he wonāt tell you where they are unless you find all the Dragon Balls and ask for your wish ā Shenron is adorably wrapped around the four-star Dragon Ball here.
Exclusive Warcraft T-Shirt (from Legendary)

If youāre looking forward to the Warcraft movie, youāre in luck here. This monthās t-shirt features both human and orc silhouettes juxtaposed against each other in artful fashion. Lothar and Durotan, we presume? Whatās nice about this shirt is that fans will recognize it immediately, while others may be inspired to ask you what itās all about.
Exclusive Infinity Gauntlet Oven Mitt (from ICUP, Inc.)

Sometimes some merchandising ideas just strike you as slap-yourself-on-the-forehead obvious, and this is one of those. Rule the universe andĀ keep yourself from burning your hand taking dinner out of the oven with the Infinity Gauntlet! As this monthās Loot Crate magazine suggests, it could also double as a low cost cosplaying item in a pinch. Well played, Marvel and ICUP.
Everything Else
This monthās pin depicts one of the AI bots from Battleborn, and if you redeem the code that it comes with, you can score yourself some free in-game loot. Never a bad thing.
Loot Crate Magazine features an interview with Robert Kazinsky ā he plays Orgrim Doomhammer in WarcraftĀ ā a look at the many forms of the Hulk over the years, a brief timeline of the Warcraft universe and Thanosā favorite chocolate muffin recipe. I didnāt even make that last part up!
Value Proposition
Loot Crate always comfortably comes in above its $19.99 price point (with shipping included) in terms of value, and this monthās crate is no exception. A typical Q-Fig retails for around $15, so even if you figure the low end of $10-$12 for the t-shirt, thatās your moneyās worth right there.
Add in the oven mitt and Dragon Ball Z plush keychain and youāre good to go. The slightly loose theme means you may not eye up every item in this box for your personal stash of collectibles, but theyāre all from franchises with wide enough appeal that you should have no problem finding someone to take them off your hands.
Disclosure: FanSided was provided with a free Loot Crate May 2016 box for the purposes of this review.
